WOSC will offer a wide variety of league play options for men and women.  Get a group of friends together and put in a team!  There will be a 10 game season.  Teams will be expected to provide their own jerseys with numbers on the back.

We will open registration as soon as city and provincial restrictions permit, 2020 payment will not be required right away until we have confirmation from the province and the city we can proceed with the league.

All teams must have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 12 full time players (this maximum total may change based on the approved gathering sizes from the province) registered to their team 7 days prior to their first game of the season. Teams may register spare players to their team.

• Women OT30 – Born 1990 or earlier, max 18 teams (3 divisions)
  
• Women’s Open  – Born in 2003 or earlier, max 16 teams (2 divisions)
• Women’s OT40 – Born in 1980 or earlier, max 16 teams (2 divisions)
• Coed Open – Born in 2002 or earlier, max 6 teams
• Men’s Open Rec – Born in 2002 or earlier, max 16 teams (2 divisions)
• Men’s OT35 – Born in 1985 or earlier, max 16 teams (2 divisions)
• Men’s OT50 – Born in 1970 or earlier, max 16 teams (2 divisions)

All games are played at Clarence Maheral (pumphouse), Wesley Clover Park or any additional mini field in the WOSC catchment area.

Facility cancellations beyond our control may occur.  Players will be contacted as soon as possible via email.  Please regularly check your email and your family calendar on our registration system prior to your game to ensure you are aware  of any changes

WOSC reserves the right to remove teams from their league if payment is not received or the minimum number of players are not registered 7 days in advance of the league start date.  Teams removed from their league will be refunded their full payment minus a $25 administrative fee.

WOSC will offer a wide variety of league play options for men and women.  Get a group of friends together and put in a team!  There will be 12 games in the fall session and 12 games in the winter session.  Teams will be expected to provide their own jerseys with numbers on the back.

Each player must also do an individual player registration which costs $25. This fee is a sanctioning and insurance fee that clubs must pay the district/OSA.

The winter divisions have a limited number of teams, register and pay early to avoid disappointment.

• Full payment is required by October 1, 2020 for a team to be confirmed in a league
• All teams must have a minimum of seven (7) players registered to their team by October 1, 2020.
• WOSC reserves the right to remove teams from their league if payment is not received or the minimum number of players are not registered by October 1, 2020.  Teams removed from their league will be refunded their full payment minus a $25 administrative fee.

Holidays

There will be no sessions for the following dates…

• Thanksgiving: October 9th – 12th, 2020
• Holiday Season break: December 21sr, 2020 – January 2nd, 2021
• Family Day: February 15th, 2021
• Good Friday: April 2nd, 2021
• Easter Sunday: April 4th, 2021
